Marina accommodation for 200 vessels

Located in the heart of one of the best sailing areas and yachting environments in the world, HolmePort marinas at Church Point is located at the mouth of McCarrs Creek on the southwestern end of Pittwater, Sydney surrounded by picturesque Broken Bay. The state-of-the-art marina offers accommodation for 200 vessels split between wet berths and swing moorings for boats up to 100ft (30m) in length. The site is tucked away in deep water sheltered from prevailing winds.

Modern facilities for today's boating needs

The site offers most facilities to cater for all boating needs including fuels, supplies, repairs and maintenance and is open 364 days a year. Closed Christmas day. In the beginning of 2004 the old floating wharf was completely replaced by a new state-of-the-art floating concrete pontoon system constructed by Bellingham Marine. In 2019 an extension was built to “C Wharf” creating berths for large boats ranging from 10m to 30m. A high speed waste pump out unit was also installed on the fuel wharf.

All berths are equally fitted with power and water

All berths are provided with single-phase power with larger berths provide three-phase power. All berths have full length side fingers for easy boarding and disembarking. From the car park there is level access to the ramp accessing the berths for wheelchairs.

Moorings can accommodate vessels to a maximum of 20 metres in boat length.

All customers are offered secure off-street parking whilst using their boats. A 7 days a week tender service is provided to take you out and back to shore. There are courtesy dinghies to use after hours. A free work wharf can be booked for weekends to do the jobs that are difficult on a mooring.

Happy Client Review

I’ve done my fair bit of sailing over the last 40+ years from Perth to Townsville, and I have to say, my stay at the HolmePort Marina, is up there, as being one of the best.

The crew, led by Campbell and supported by First Mate Scotty, and Garry on the weekends, welcome you as if you were an old returning friend. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, and the services provided are exemplary. The marina has state of the art waste & grey water pump outstation plus an easily accessible refuelling wharf, slipway and all the other services you would expect from a top-class marina. The marina is in a quiet, protected, picturesque location at the entrance to McCarrs Creek, tucked in behind Scotland Island. It is truly a beautiful place.

I am lucky to call HolmePort my Home Port.
